This Privacy Policy describes how SiteGrab ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the SiteGrab Chrome extension and related services ("Service").

1. Information We Collect

SiteGrab is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

• License key: Your license key is stored locally in your browser's Chrome storage to validate your access to the Service. It is sent to Lemon Squeezy's API for verification.
• Purchase information: When you purchase a license through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy collects your email address and payment information. We do not directly collect or store your payment details. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your data is subject to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The SiteGrab Chrome extension:

• Does not collect, transmit, or store your browsing data
• Does not collect, transmit, or store the content of pages you clone
• Does not use cookies
• Does not track your activity
• Does not collect analytics or usage data
• Does not access any data beyond what is necessary for the cloning function

All page data processed by SiteGrab stays entirely within your browser. Cloned page data is transferred directly between your browser and GoHighLevel's servers. We never see, access, or store this data.

3. Local Storage

SiteGrab stores the following data locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API:

• Your license key and validation timestamp
• Temporarily stored page data when you "grab" a page (until you "drop" it or clear it)

This data is stored only on your device and is synced through Chrome's built-in sync mechanism if you have Chrome sync enabled. We do not have access to this data.

4. Third-Party Services

SiteGrab interacts with the following third-party services:

• Lemon Squeezy: For license key verification. Your license key is sent to Lemon Squeezy's API to validate your purchase. Subject to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
• GoHighLevel: The extension interacts with GoHighLevel's platform to read and write page data as directed by you. Subject to GoHighLevel's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

All communication between the extension and third-party services occurs over HTTPS. Since we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there is no centralized database that could be compromised.

6. Children's Privacy

SiteGrab is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to delete, modify, or export. Your license key and locally stored data can be removed at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing the extension's storage through Chrome's settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
