These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SiteGrab Chrome extension and related services ("Service") operated by SiteGrab ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, installing, or using SiteGrab, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SiteGrab is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to clone GoHighLevel funnel and website pages between accounts. SiteGrab is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SiteGrab on a single device. Each license key is valid for one activation. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key to any third party.
You are solely responsible for how you use SiteGrab. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
SiteGrab does not claim ownership of any content you clone using the Service. You acknowledge that page designs, text, images, and other content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. SiteGrab is a tool — how you use it is your responsibility.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future changes to GoHighLevel's platform. GoHighLevel may change their platform at any time, which could affect the functionality of SiteGrab.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEGRAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your SiteGrab license.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SiteGrab and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
SiteGrab interacts with GoHighLevel's platform. We are not responsible for any changes GoHighLevel makes to their platform, any actions GoHighLevel takes regarding your account, or any issues arising from GoHighLevel's services. Your use of GoHighLevel is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a license key has been activated. If you experience technical issues, please contact us at support@getsitegrab.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to revoke your license and disable access to SiteGrab at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use SiteGrab is immediately revoked.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
